WINAIR Water Cooled Air Compressor are Vertical, double acting Single Cylinder requires less space minimum wear and tear.
Feature - Benefit:
Valve Parts : Imported Heat Treated stainless steel with reversible seat plate avoid rematching of the valve seat.
Crank Shaft: Well Balanced, Made from ductile iron, shock proof construction to resist uneven load.
Connecting Rod: Light Weight, I section ductile iron, Spilt consturction for easy assembly and disassembly.
Cross Head Assembly: Alluminium alloy, full floating pin type design with special alluminium alloy bush bearing.
Packing Case Assembly: fitting with fully floating, self adjusting packing rings & springs for minium wear.
Cooling: Water jacketing ensures uniform cooling.
Lubrication:
(1) Positive pressurised oil lubriucation though gear pump driven by the crank shaft to lubricator & crankpin bearing and cross head pin through connecting rod to form a full floating bearings, eliminates metal to metal contact, resulting longer bearing life.
(2) Cylinder lubrication is provided with crank shaft driven sight- feed lubricator.
(3) Low oil pressure switch provides shut down of machine to ensure positive lubrication.
